Verified listings and real photos
What the "Verified" badge means, how media is reviewed, and how guests recognize trusted listings.
Last updated: 30 May 2026
GoDiyar reduces surprises on arrival through a multi-layer verification system covering photos, video and listed information.
1.What "Verified" means
- The host and their documents (ID and title deed or lease) have been reviewed.
- Photos and media were reviewed and matched against the listing description.
- Listed amenities (pool, bathrooms, privacy, etc.) were verified.
2.Minimum media requirements
- 12 photos minimum to publish; 20+ for better visibility.
- Photos must include: exterior, bathrooms, and the pool (if any).
- A verified video tour adds significant trust and lifts ranking.
3.Reporting a misleading listing
If photos or descriptions don't match reality, report the listing from the top of its page. The safety team reviews reports within 24 hours; confirmed violations lead to listing suspension and a full refund.
