Cancellation policies: flexible, moderate, strict
Every listing has a written cancellation policy at booking. This article explains all three.

GoDiyar shows each listing's cancellation policy clearly before you book. Three standard policies are offered, and each listing binds itself to one.
1.Flexible policy
Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before check-in. After that, the deposit is kept.
2.Moderate policy
Full refund up to 5 days before check-in, 50% afterwards until 48 hours before, and no refund after that.
3.Strict policy
50% refund up to 7 days before check-in; non-refundable afterwards. Suits high-demand seasonal listings.
4.Extenuating circumstances
In exceptional cases, documented critical medical events, official government closures, or natural disasters, a booking may be cancelled with full refund regardless of the policy, after admin review of documentation.
