From "My Bookings", select the booking and press cancel. The refund is calculated automatically per the policy and timing, and returned via the original payment method within 5–7 working days for bank transfers.

You are refunded in full immediately with no deductions, and our support team helps you find an equivalent alternative for the same dates if you wish. The owner faces penalties up to listing suspension.

Yes, contact the owner on WhatsApp or our support team to request new dates. If available, the booking is amended free of charge, settling any price difference between dates.

Create an owner account, press "List your property" and fill in details, photos and prices. We review your listing and its photos before publishing, and once approved it goes live within 3–5 working days. In-person field visits are expanding as we grow.

The base commission is 12% per completed booking on the free plan, dropping to 10% on Plus (JOD 19/month) and 8% on Pro (JOD 49/month) with extras like boosted visibility and professional photography.

Payouts transfer to your bank account within 3 working days of the guest completing their stay, with commission deducted automatically. Track earnings and statements from the "Earnings" page in your dashboard.

We review every listing before publishing, and a property earns the "Verified" badge once we confirm its photos are real and recent. In-person field visits and ownership checks are expanding as the platform grows. Review usually takes 3–5 working days.

No, you can browse, search and compare all properties without registering. You only need an account to complete a booking, sync your wishlist across devices, or list your own property.

From your "Profile" page you can edit your name, phone and email at any time. Keep your phone number accurate: it is the main channel owners use to coordinate arrival.

Yes, all connections are HTTPS-encrypted, passwords are hashed, and your data is never shared except per the Privacy Policy. We store no card data on our servers.

Send a deletion request via the Contact page or to privacy@godiyar.com. Your account and data are deleted within 7 working days, except invoice records the law requires us to retain for a set period.
