Listing requirements for hosts
The documents, photos and information required to list your property and accept bookings.

To list a property on GoDiyar, you need to meet a set of requirements that ensure a trustworthy experience for both sides. Every new listing is reviewed before publication.
1.Required documents
- A valid national ID or passport copy.
- A title deed or lease contract proving the right to rent.
- A valid contact phone number (never shown to guests).
2.Photo and description minimums
- At least 12 photos including the exterior, pool and bathrooms.
- An Arabic description of at least 80 words covering facilities, space and views.
- Precise location pinned on the map.
3.Commission and payouts
The platform deducts a commission per completed booking (8–12% depending on plan). Payouts are made to hosts after each stay.
